1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI SEO Autopilot (the “Service”), provided as a Software-as-a-Service platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or agency, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
2. Scope of Service & Autonomous Guardrails
AI SEO Autopilot provides technical search engine optimization crawling, keyword cluster modeling, action horizon planning, and automated SEO remediation. All autonomous operations are governed by deterministic finite-state validation gates. The user understands that no modification to production web assets will occur outside configured allowlists or without human operator approval.
3. Account Registration & Tenant Security
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. We employ tenant isolation across databases and caching layers to guarantee strict segregation of client domains.
4. Subscription, Quotas & Payments
The Service is provided under tiered monthly or annual subscriptions. Quotas (including tracked domains, monthly SERP calls, and AI content credits) reset at the start of each billing cycle. Payments processed via offline bank wire, bKash, card, or manual invoicing require verification prior to plan activation. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated in an Enterprise SLA.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the crawler or intelligence engines to launch distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) requests against external targets, harvest non-public personal data in violation of GDPR/applicable laws, or deploy deceptive search engine spam contrary to major search engine guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Search engine ranking algorithms are third-party systems subject to uncontrollable volatility. While AI SEO Autopilot implements strict verification checks and rollbacks, we do not guarantee specific numerical search rankings or traffic quantities.
